McCain is asked about taxes and decides ‘what a great opportunity to attack Ron Paul’…and is booed and like everyone who talks about “winning” in Iraq, fails to give a definition to the word “win”
by Larry Simons
November 29, 2007
John McCain is a bought and paid for Neo-con stooge. How else do you explain after being asked about taxes, that he picks this opportunity to attack Ron Paul about wanting our troops to come home? It almost looked scripted. McCain found out, like the other candidate have, that when you attempt to attack Ron Paul, it just blows back up in your face and makes you look like an idiot. In McCain’s case, it made him look more idiotic than he usually is!
McCain played the “the troops want to win the war” card, and told Paul, “I was just over there and their message was ‘Let us win’”. Of course, who knows what the fuck “win” means? And naturally McCain, like all the rest who support this illegal, unconstitutional war, fails to provide a definition of the word “win”.
Does “win” mean going for the Guinness Book records for invading the most countries under a single administration, being hated by the most countries at once or coming up with the most excuses for invading a country? (war on terror, Iraqi freedom, WMD’s, 9-11, defeating al Qaeda, killing Saddam, finding bin Laden) If this is what the warmongers mean by “win”, then we are on the brink of victory.
The truth is, “win” is neither an option, possibility or even the goal of this war by Bush. Bush wants this war to be chaotic. He wants the death. He wants the destruction. He wants this because he wants this war to last DECADES. He wants a permanent occupation of the middle east so we can control the oil and establish military bases in every nook and cranny of that region. Bush once had most of the country fooled into believing we were there to actually “win” something. With the war going as bad as ever (2007 now the deadliest year of the war) and the polls now at over 75% of Americans who want this war over, Bush’s plans are not going so swimmingly.
Of course, facts mean nothing to McCain. Ron Paul made McCain look like the bumpy-jawed moron he really is when Paul reminded McCain that he receives the most campaign dollars of any candidate running from active military personnel. I’m sure McCain knows this. Even as he was in Iraq having dinner with the two troops that actually wanted to be IN Iraq, I’m sure he knew he was behind Ron Paul in financial support from the military. And that had to be like a knife through his warmongering, Neo-con heart.
Ron Paul also explained the difference between isolationism and non-interventionism. Isolationism adopts the non-interventionalist policy but also includes not trading with countries. Ron Paul has been very clear that we should still trade and talk with countries but stay the hell out of involving ourselves in wars that have nothing to do with our self-defense.
How ironic that McCain began his tirade by saying, "You know, Congressman, I've been listening to you in these debates say how we should bring our troops home..." He must have heard everything Ron Paul said except for the parts where Paul said we should still trade with people. As Ron Paul was giving McCain a lesson in definitions to vocabulary, you can see McCain grinning. Was the grin saying, "I'm an idiot and maybe dumb America won't notice", or was the grin saying, "Damn, I didn't know there was a difference between isolationism and non-interventionism, so I'll just stand here and grin and just make it look like a disagreement?"
McCain then says, "We let Hitler come into power with that kind of attitude of isolationism". McCain simply forgets or perhaps just doesn't know that Hitler came to power after being appointed Chancellor and became a full-blown dictator after he had his own Reichstag building set on fire. Does McCain also "forget" that World War II began a whole FIVE years after Hitler came to power? World War II began with Germany invading Poland in September of 1939. The United States had STAYED out of all of this (which the Constitution says to do) until we were brought into the war on December 7, 1941 when we were attacked at Pearl Harbor.
Of course, we now know that Roosevelt KNEW about this attack beforehand and that he froze all relations with Japan, thus provoking Japan to attack so we could enter the war and become INTERVENTIONALISTS. We had to stage an attack and have our men die at Pearl Harbor in order to involve ourselves in a war. Where does McCain get that we ALLOWED Hitler to come to power?
It's none of our business what an evil dictator does unless our national security is threatened. The founding fathers understood this and so does Ron Paul. Getting ourselves involved in alliances is what CAUSES the hatred toward us which is EXACTLY what Ron Paul was saying to Giuliani in one of the first couple debates! What part of all this does McCain NOT comprehend?
The AMAZING thing is that McCain just MINUTES before this exchange with Ron Paul said that Iraq was a FAILURE. Yes, in the SAME debate! So, did McCain just forget he said it? Or does he have multiple personalities? How can he say Iraq is a FAILURE and then attack someone for wanting the war OVER and wanting our troops home? This is mind-numbing, heart-stopping hypocrisy! Here's the clip:
Maybe John McCain is just pissed off over reports like this:
This loss of sanity by McCain won him only the silver in Worst Person tonight on Countdown:
As usual, Ron Paul leads all the online polls including the one from CNN. It’s getting a bit tiresome posting them but…….actually, it’s not tiresome at all. Here’s a glance at a few of the polls:
From here on the smears on Ron Paul will only be increased as the establishment goes deeper and deeper into panic mode as they observe things like Ron Paul’s record-setting donation amount of 4.3 million in one day and his upcoming donation drives in December, which are estimated to be record-setters as well.
Here is McCain embarrassing himself on national TV:
McCain Peddles False History, Takes Cheap Shot at Ron Paul
November 29, 2007
As if to desperately claw his way back into the limelight, almost forgotten presidential candidate John McCain attacked Ron Paul during the CNN/YouTube debate. It looked more like “an episode of Jerry Springer than a presidential debate,” notes Crooks & Liars. “Senator John McCain was asked a question about taxes and decided to go way off topic and attack Rep. Ron Paul for his stance on Iraq and wanting to bring the troops home.” Instead, it looked like a classic drive-by, a crass attempt to discredit Ron Paul, a break-away candidate with a good chance of taking the Republican nomination.
In his attack, John McCain comes off as a blithering idiot, not that many probably noticed. McCain, citing the long ago discredited official history, declared Ron Paul to be an isolationist and World War II the fault of American isolationism, a claim so out of touch with reality as to be speculative fiction.
“Mussolini enjoyed a great deal of admiration in corporate America from the moment he came to power in a coup that was hailed stateside as ‘a fine young revolution,’” writes the historian Jacques R. Pauwels. “In the 1920s many big American corporations enjoyed sizeable investments in Germany…. By the early 1930s, an élite of about twenty of the largest American corporations had a German connection including Du Pont, Union Carbide, Westinghouse, General Electric, Gilette, Goodrich, Singer, Eastman Kodak, Coca-Cola, IBM, and ITT.”
Finally, many American law firms, investment companies, and banks were deeply involved in America’s investment offensive in Germany, among them the renowned Wall Street law firm Sullivan & Cromwell, and the banks J. P. Morgan and Dillon, Read and Company, as well as the Union Bank of New York, owned by Brown Brothers & Harriman. The Union Bank was intimately linked with the financial and industrial empire of German steel magnate Thyssen, whose financial support enabled Hitler to come to power. This bank was managed by Prescott Bush, grandfather of George W. Bush. Prescott Bush was allegedly also an eager supporter of Hitler, funnelled money to him via Thyssen, and in return made considerable profits by doing business with Nazi Germany; with the profits he launched his son, the later president, in the oil business.
In other words, the United States was not isolationist, as McCain claims, but was in bed with fascism. Prescott Bush’s relationship with the Hitler regime is more than an allegation, it is a fact entombed in the U.S. National Archives, although “little of Bush’s dealings with Germany has received public scrutiny, partly because of the secret status of the documentation involving him,” according to Ben Aris and Duncan Campbell, writing for the Guardian.
The documents “reveal that the firm [Prescott Bush] worked for, Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), acted as a US base for the German industrialist, Fritz Thyssen, who helped finance Hitler in the 1930s before falling out with him at the end of the decade. The Guardian has seen evidence that shows Bush was the director of the New York-based Union Banking Corporation (UBC) that represented Thyssen’s US interests and he continued to work for the bank after America entered the war.”
As Robert Lederman notes, the Bush family was far more involved in the banking business of the Nazi regime than even the Guardian would have us believe. “As senior managers of Brown Brothers Harriman, [the Bush family] had to have known that their American clients, such as the Rockefellers, were investing heavily in German corporations, including Thyssen’s giant Vereinigte Stahlwerke. As noted historian Christopher Simpson repeatedly documents, it is a matter of public record that Brown Brother’s investments in Nazi Germany took place under the Bush family stewardship…. The enormous sums of money deposited into the Union Bank prior to 1942 is the best evidence that Prescott Bush knowingly served as a money launderer” for both the Nazis and the Rockefellers. “If Union Bank was not the conduit for laundering the Rockefeller’s Nazi investments back to America, then how could the Rockefeller-controlled Chase Manhattan Bank end up owning 31% of the Thyssen group after the war?”
It should be noted that this money laundering was accomplished under the aegis of Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfeld, the Dutch monarch, who proudly served in the German Reiter SS Corps. Prince Bernhard also worked for IG Farben, the chemical company married to Standard Oil, that is to say the Rockefellers.
The bottom line is harsh: It is bad enough that the Bush family helped raise the money for Thyssen to give Hitler his start in the 1920’s, but giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war is treason. The Bush’s bank helped the Thyssens make the Nazi steel that killed allied soldiers. As bad as financing the Nazi war machine may seem, aiding and abetting the Holocaust was worse. Thyssen’s coal mines used Jewish slaves as if they were disposable chemicals. There are six million skeletons in the Thyssen family closet, and a myriad of criminal and historical questions to be answered about the Bush family’s complicity.
In short, McCain should be accusing the head of his party, George W. Bush, or his family, of causing World War II, not the sort of “isolationism” Ron Paul supposedly advocates. But then, of course, John McCain is a neocon, albeit one who will soon drop from sight in the presidential campaign, as increasing numbers of people realize Ron Paul is the only viable candidate, one who is not so much “isolationist” as dedicated to constitutional principles.
It was George Washington who wisely stated that the country must avoid “foreign entanglements” and “foreign alliances, attachments, and intrigues,” as “overgrown military establishments” are, “under any form of government… inauspicious to liberty, and which are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty.”
John McCain, however, does not represent “republican liberty,” but instead its obverse: neocon military totalitarianism, both abroad and at home.
If elected in 2008, Ron Paul will put an end to all of this destructive nonsense.
Here is a montage of how brilliant, once again, Ron Paul was during the debate

FOX’s reply: No problem. Do you want to run the ads in both the live show and the repeat ?
by Larry Simons
November 28, 2007
Bill O’ Loofah keeps amazing me. He continues to surpass himself in the levels of hypocrisy that only Billo can achieve…and THAT takes some doing! He continues to smear Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban over his financing of the movie “Redacted” although 1) he’s never seen it, 2) Mark Cuban has done more for the troops and military recruiting in the past month than O’ Liar has done in his entire career and 3) (are you ready for this?)…..they (FOX) have aired trailers of the film “Redacted” during The O’ Reilly Factor!
Yes, that’s right folks. O’ Reilly claims the movie is “vile, awful, and anti-American” and the film could “PUT OUR TROOPS IN DANGER” but when Mark Cuban’s CASH is flashed under O’ Reilly’s nose, O’ Reilly just can’t resist cashing in. Let me get this straight Loofah boy….the movie itself is a “danger to the troops” but airing the trailer for the film during YOUR show isn’t a “danger to the troops”?
At this point, I would normally say “unbelievable”, but it’s not unbelievable. This all falls in line with how much of a pathetic, flaming FRAUD Billo really is! The FACT is, there is no doubt in my mind that The Lord of Loofahs has generated at least thousands more people to see this film that would have never seen the film if O’ Liar had just IGNORED IT! There’s one main reason Billo mentions these “vile, awful, anti-American” things (OTHER than the MONEY from the ads): He knows that this film will actually do well and what better way to get more viewers to watch his failing show than to stir up controversy….where no controversy exists.
Keith Olbermann does a great story on this from Monday’s “Countdown”:
and here is Keith mentioning from a previous show the fact that O’ Reilly aired the clip of “Redacted” during The O’ Reilly Factor:
Here is the clip that aired at approximately 8:37pm on November 15, 2007 during The O’ Reilly Factor
Perhaps, there’s no one better to shed some light on this story than Mark Cuban himself. The following is from Cuban’s website “Blog Maverick”:
Bill OReilly - Principle vs Money?
Nov 16th 2007 5:45PM
by Mark Cuban
To say Mr OReilly has had it in for me the last month or so would be an understatement. Every day he seemed to take pride in calling me every name in the book and questioning my patriotism. I've already covered my feelings on that subject in blog posts here and here. I've talked about what I, or anyone can do to serve their country here.
What I was curious about was whether this really was important to Mr OReilly, or whether he was just a ratings whore and would say whatever he needed to say to get more people to watch.
I needed to design a very simple test to determine Mr OReilly's motivation. It occured to me to see if FoxNews would take an ad for the movie Redacted.
I had someone call FoxNews and tell them specifically, unequivocally that we wanted to run an ad for the movie Redacted. The same movie Bill OReilly was so upset about.
They said no problem. Do you want to run the ads in both the live show and the repeat ?
Our first reaction was that this was just the sales department and at some point , someone at FoxNews would step in and stop the ads from running. The call to say they were stopping the ads never came.
The ad ran in both shows. Here is a link with Bill's smiling face at the end.
So Mr OReilly , the king of the OReilly Factor, the man who called this movie Anti American and said erroneously it could cause harm to American Troops, was willing to overlook those points and take our money to promote the movie.
We aren't talking about an ad in a show that Mr OReilly has an interest in. This is an ad in the TV show that bears his name. This is a show that he controls from top to bottom. He knowingly took multiple ads for a movie that he he hasnt seen, but believes to be vile. What does that say about Mr OReilly
Of course Mr OReilly can make the argument that he is not involved in the sale of ads, he leaves that to other people. OK, but lets think about the scenario at Fox News if that is the case.
If Mr OReilly doesnt know about the ads, I would think that the people at his show would know and care about his positions, wouldnt you ?" So the question is, do they know that Mr OReilly is all about the money first , last and every bit in between and thats why they took the ad ?
Or is it that they know exactly what Mr OReilly stands for and hate him for it, or could care less what he thinks and they took the ad to spite him ?
Is it that no one involved with Mr OReilly actually watches the show ? Which is why after the ad ran in the live show, no one caught it and had it replaced in the replay ?
its about responsibility Mr OReilly.
And while Im on the subject of Mr OReilly and his ethics, let me add a couple thoughts:
In response to Mr OReilly's comments that "he is going to be my worst nightmare". Well you have succeeded Mr OReilly. The people who take you literally took it upon themselves to call my businesses with bomb threats, threaten employees, myself and others with physical harm and wish every manor of death , injury and illness on us all. They also managed to fill up the telephone lines of the Fallen Patriot Fund so that we couldn't conduct business, and maybe its coincidence, but the fund's website went offline for the first time ever yesterday.
What say you Mr OReilly

Sakka attempts to plug holes in 9/11 official story, claims Hanjour did not pilot Flight 77
Paul Joseph Watson
November 27, 2007
The man who claims to have trained six of the 9/11 hijackers is a paid CIA informant according to Turkish intelligence specialists, who also assert that Al-Qaeda is merely the name of a secret service operation designed to foment a strategy of tension around the world.
In a London Times report, Louai al-Sakka, now incarcerated in a high-security Turkish prison 60 miles east of Istanbul, claims that he trained six of the 9/11 hijackers at a camp in the mountains near Istanbul from 1999-2000.
Sakka was imprisoned in 2005 after being caught making bombs that he planned to use to blow up Israeli vessels.
Sakka asserts that he is a leading Al-Qaeda operative, having directed insurgency attacks in Iraq and also the beheading of Briton Kenneth Bigley in October 2004.
Some of Sakka’s account is corroborated by the US government’s 9/11 Commission. It found evidence that four of the hijackers – whom Sakka says he trained – had initially intended to go to Chechnya from Turkey but the border into Georgia was closed. Sakka had prepared fake visas for the group’s travel to Pakistan and arranged their flights from Istanbul’s Ataturk airport. The group of four went to the al-Farouq camp near Kandahar and the other two to Khaldan, near Kabul, an elite camp for Al-Qaeda fighters.
When Moqed and Suqami returned to Turkey, Sakka employed his skills as a forger to scrub out the Pakistani visa stamps from their passports. This would help the Arab men enter the United States without attracting suspicion that they had been to a training camp.
"But, as with many things in the world of Al-Qaeda, there might be smoke and mirrors," reports the Times. "Some experts believe that Sakka could be overstating his importance to the group, possibly to lay a false track for western agencies investigating his terrorist colleagues."
However, when one considers what other experts have said about Sakka, it appears that his intentions towards "western agencies" are anything but deceptive - since Turkish intelligence analysts concluded that Sakka has been a CIA asset all along.
Prominent Turkish newspaper Zaman reported that Sakka was hired as a CIA informant in 2000, after receiving a large sum of money from the agency. This would explain why he was "captured" but then released on two separate occasions by the CIA during the course of 2000.
Sakka was later captured by Turkish intelligence but again ordered to be released after which he moved to Germany to assist the alleged 9/11 hijackers.
Shortly before 9/11, Sakka was allegedly hired by Syrian intelligence - to whom he gave a warning that the attacks were coming on September 10th, 2001.
In his book At the Center of the Storm, former CIA director George Tenet writes, that “a source we were jointly running with a Middle Eastern country went to see his foreign handler and basically told him something big was about to go down.”
"This is very likely a reference to Sakra, since no one else comes close to matching the description of telling a Middle Eastern government about the 9/11 attacks one day in advance, not to mention working as an informant for the CIA at the same time. Tenet’s revelation strongly supports the notion that Sakra in fact accepted the CIA’s offers in 2000 and had been working with the CIA and other intelligence agencies at least through 9/11 ," writes 9/11 researcher Paul Thompson, who was also interviewed for the London Times article.
Were the alleged "interrogations" of Sakka on behalf of the CIA merely a smokescreen to enable instructions to be passed on? This is certainly the view of Turkish intelligence experts, who go further and conclude that "Al-Qaeda" as a whole is merely a front group for western intelligence agencies used to foment a "strategy of tension" around the world.
Is Sakka still in the employ of western intelligence agencies? His apparent effort to plug the holes in the official 9/11 story is fascinating.
According to Sakka, Nawaf al-Hazmi was a veteran operative who went on to pilot the plane that hit the Pentagon. Although this is at odds with the official account, which says the plane was flown by another hijacker, it is plausible and might answer one of the mysteries of 9/11.
The Pentagon plane performed a complex spiral dive into its target. Yet the pilot attributed with flying the plane (Hani Hanjour) “could not fly at all” according to his flight instructors in America. Hazmi, on the other hand, had mixed reviews from his instructors but they did remark on how “adept” he was on his first flight.
Exactly how "adept" one has to be to pull off maneuvers that would be impossible for veteran crack fighter pilots is not explored in the Times report.

Speaking about recent smear attempts on behalf of people like Glenn Beck, David Horowitz and Bill O'Reilly to link Ron Paul supporters with violence and Islamic terrorists, the Congressman himself said that the attacks were symptomatic of a frightened and insecure establishment who are dumbfounded that people are turning away from authoritarianism and embracing freedom.
"They're getting awfully frightened," said Paul, "I think we are a threat to the establishment, and they represent the establishment."
"I think they represent a philosophical position which is diametrically opposed to us and our interpretation of the Constitution - I think it's serious business when people strike out like that and start using names like Islamic fascism - they're working on fear," the Congressman told the Alex Jones Show this week.
"I see these people as very insecure - they don't understand what freedom is about and they have to resort to this threatening, but turning around and calling us the violent people - I think they're very insecure with their ideas and probably deep down in their heart they think they're being good Americans," said Paul.
"But I don't think their understanding is clear enough where they feel secure and confident enough so they strike out at us and start calling us names," he added.
The Congressman said that the likes of Beck and Horowitz, who recently accused Ron Paul supporters, anti-war types and libertarians as being "in bed with Islamofascists," were dumbfounded that the people are flocking in droves to support the message of freedom and turning away from fearmongering and authoritarianism.
"I think both sides agree that the American people have lost confidence in the government - it's what we're going to replace it with," said Paul, adding that attempts to smear his advocates as potentially violent were "preposterous".
The Congressman cited Martin Luther King and Gandhi as two of his heroes who were able to change the course of history by engaging in non-violent civil disobedience.
Paul said that a recent Fox News segment where host Brian Kilmead called for people who confront politicians to be Tased was "a reflection that they're panicking and they're insecure about what they believe in and how to present their case and they're afraid they're losing control."

Speaking of dumb Americans….O’ Liar thinks the Book of Revelation was written 3, 090 years before it really was!
by Larry Simons
November 19, 2007
Bill O’ Reilly must have taken a Bible course taught by Mike Huckabee, or anyone from a “Jaywalking” segment on the Tonight Show. Billo had this to say to a caller on his radio program on November 13, 2007.
O'REILLY: “Well, you know, it's true, and it's -- anybody who wants an interesting read -- and send Jim a copy of Culture Warrior -- go to Revelations in the Bible and look at the prediction for the end of the world. It's fascinating, because it does involve the Middle East, and it does involve the clash of cultures, as Jim pointed out. Now, a lot of people think that's superstition, nonsense, all of that. The secularists reject it out of hand. And I'm not trying to convert you to be a Bible-thumper. I'm just saying it's an interesting read. This was written -- what? Five thousand years ago? I mean, this is really interesting. So, I don't know. Nobody knows what's gonna happen, but there is a holy war going on, and the ACLU and the LA Times are simply not willing to fight it in any effective way. That's the truth.”
Anyone remember in 2004 when O’ Reilly blasted Howard Dean (then running for president) for not knowing that the Book of Job was in the Old Testament? O’ Reilly said, “Everybody's going to remember that Howard Dean didn't know that Job was in the Old Testament”, then later said, “Even the ... Lieberman Democrats, the Edwards Democrats. They're traditional. They don't want this big shock, all right, and they want their people to know that Job was in the Old Testament."
Fortunately for Billo, not many people will remember that he thinks Revelation was written in 3,000 B.C. because of the HUNDREDS of more ridiculous things he has said that will eclipse this!
Will BILLO be in his own segment and win the Pinhead award for this? Let me guess…..I doubt it
Of course, this was enough motivation for another short film by Real Truth Films. Listen and laugh hysterically

Charley Reese was right on target (as usual) in one of his recent articles. America is in her final days. We began the descent into our own Dark Ages in the mid to late 1970’s and are now teetering on the precipice of history.
Who is to blame? That’s easy….we are, the American people. Why? Laziness, pure and simple. Physically lazy, certainly. The U.S. has the highest obesity rates on the planet. But, to our everlasting shame and detriment we are intellectually lazy on a galactic scale. You don’t need to watch The Tonight Show’s “Jaywalking” segment to witness this embarrassing reality. Just pick a neighbor…and start talking.
How did this happen? Television, naturally, plays a major role. Neil Postman saw the decline of our intellectual society nearly 30 years ago in his revelatory book, “Amusing Ourselves to Death”. The ongoing advances in technology have created a civilization of couch potatoes and video game-addled children. It’s no wonder that this country is being assaulted on many levels by its own leadership. It’s this love affair with the ephemeral that allow the criminals we now have in office to easily manipulate the masses.
Add to this our predisposition to ogle at the sensational, worship at the altar of consumerism and indulge recklessly in activities that serve only ourselves and you have what can only be called narcissistic ignorance. We are a nation of cud-chewers, more concerned about who will be the next American Idol than who will be running the country next November.
President Bush, then, is us. The Great Oz who disguises his insecurities and crippling dysfunction behind his fire-snorting war machine, blaring the horns of fear whenever the cattle begin to stray from the herd.
The fact is, most Americans empathize with the president. In him they see themselves. His shortcomings, his bluster, his incredible ignorance about what makes a civilization work are the unholy religious precepts of which those that follow Bush bend their knee.
One of America’s greatest social critics, H.L. Menken, said it best, “As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their hearts’ desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”
Our 21st century Menken, Charley Reese, is correct. The empire that is America is sliding into the abyss.
WARNING: If you can't stomach Jay Leno's "Jaywalking" segments, then don't watch this, it's MUCH more horrifying
An amazing video that shows the overwhelming idiocy of the American people. Going as far as believing that the reporter, actually named Julian Morrow (a comedian who is a member of the Austrailian political comedy team The Chaser) is really the Prime Minister of Australia, John Howard
Here is the REAL John Howard (notice the striking similarities!)

Neo-Con and ex-Marxist demonize founding fathers, Ron Paul supporters as terrorists in outrageous attack on free speech, urge use of U.S. military against domestic enemies, anti-war left, libertarians, talking points have roots in September 2006 White House strategy document, demands for retraction flood CNN, sponsors boycotted
Paul Joseph Watson
November 16, 2007
Complaints and demands for a retraction and an apology are flooding CNN today after Neo-Con host Glenn Beck and ex-Marxist David Horowitz smeared Ron Paul supporters, libertarians and the anti-war left as terrorist sympathizers and inferred that the U.S. military should be used to silence them, parroting a talking point that traces back to a September 2006 White House directive.
This is part of an ongoing propaganda assault which has also been mimicked by other anti-American Neo-Con talking heads like Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh.
Beck opened up his show segment by inferring that the U.S. military should be used to silence domestic dissent against the war, claiming that those he would later identify as Ron Paul supporters, libertarians and the anti-war left and link with terrorists, were a "physical threat."
"When you enlist in the U.S. military, you have take an oath that says you're gonna support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies - foreign and domestic - we talk a lot on this program about the foreign threats - maybe we should spend some time tonight on the domestic one....the physical threat may be developing domestically as well," said Beck.
Beck then goes on to make the absurd insinuation that Ron Paul supporters are a terrorist threat because they are causing disenfranchisement with the government. His evidence? The November 5th donation drive coincided with a 400-year-old piece of British history and Guy Fawkes plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament.
Beck then introduces his guests, the great grandson of Winston Churchill, and admitted former Marxist and now Neo-Con ideologue David Horowitz.
Watch the video.
We are forced to digest the bizarre and abhorrent spectacle of a British elitist, "former" Marxist Horowitz and anti-American Neo-Con Glenn Beck infer that 1776, the founding fathers and the very birth of freedom in America is somehow evil and affiliated with terrorism and extremism.
This brought back memories of a July 2001 FEMA training meeting in Missouri where a FEMA representative was caught on video instructing local police that the American people were the enemy and that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and the rest of the founding fathers were a terrorist organization.
Watch the video below.
Ex-Marxist Horowitz and Beck then go on to link the anti-war left, Ron Paul supporters on the right and libertarians like Lew Rockwell, with "Islamofascists" and terrorists.
Horowitz states, "I think it's very significant he (Ron Paul) chose Guy Fawkes as an image."
This in itself is a complete lie - the Ron Paul campaign did not create the November 5th donation drive, it was created by one individual and the November 5th motif was merely a gimmick to make people remember to donate. To suggest it was a thinly veiled expression of sympathy with a 17th century terrorist is manifestly ridiculous.
Horowitz then claims, "There are plenty, unfortunately, libertarian websites which are indistinguishable from the anti-American left these days - LewRockwell.com and others like that - they are totally in bed with the Islamofascists and have turned against this country."
This is a completely fallacious, slanderous and damaging lie, but Horowitz and Beck are still laboring under the illusion that the American people buy their bellicose smear attacks which are completely devoid of any substance and delivered only with the aid of discredited sound bites and rhetorical clichés.
During the course of the segment, Beck also repeated the contention that another Timothy McVeigh would emerge from one of the groups he demonized.
Beck's diatribe is just the latest in a series of smear attempts to equate 9/11 truthers, Ron Paul supporters and other activists with violence and terrorism, or otherwise discredit them. Bill O'Reilly has been doing it for weeks.
What is the origin of the talking points that are now being disseminated by the likes of Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and others?
Back in September 2006, we reported on a White House strategy document for "winning the war on terror," in which conspiracy theorists were targeted as a wellspring of terrorism. The document threatens to "address" and "diminish" the problems they are causing the government in fulfilling their agenda.
The document states that terrorism springs from "subcultures of conspiracy and misinformation," and that "terrorists recruit more effectively from populations whose information about the world is contaminated by falsehoods and corrupted by conspiracy theories. The distortions keep alive grievances and filter out facts that would challenge popular prejudices and self-serving propaganda."
Bush referred to the strategy paper as "an unclassified version of the strategy we've been pursuing since September the 11th, 2001," that takes into account, "the changing nature of this enemy."
The Neo-Con talking heads are actually parroting White House propaganda handed down to them by the Bush administration.
You can even trace the legacy right back to Bush's November 10, 2001 speech to the U.N., in which he said that "outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th" should not be tolerated.
Watch the video.
In the current context, this unified assault also dovetails with the advance of H.R. 1955, entitled the "Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007", which is vaguely worded and could easily be used to label activist groups as terrorist recruiters.
As Kurt Nimmo writes, "The only serious threat to the neocons and their neolib partners in crime emanates from the patriot and 9/11 truth movements—and that is why, as increasing numbers of patriotic and politically diverse Americans rally around the Ron Paul presidential campaign, we are witnessing increasingly virulent and desperate attacks against Paul, who is now absurdly conflated with "Islamo-fascist" terrorists."
"If they are able to successfully characterize Ron Paul as a terrorist and thus sabotage his political campaign, there will be no end to the state-sponsored domestic terrorism they will unleash against the American people stripped of all advocates," he concludes.
It also coincides with a House Homeland Security Subcommittee hearing on "Terrorism and the Internet" held last week, broadcast on C-Span, which featured a panel of "experts", including representatives formerly of the RAND Corporation and the Simon Wiesenthal Center who presented 9/11 truth websites sites alongside sites that celebrate the attacks and offer training in terrorist tactics.
Why are Glenn Beck and David Horowitz a threat to America?
A) They openly call for the U.S. military to be used to suppress freedom of speech, a complete violation of the first amendment and everything that America stands for. This in itself exposes them as anti-American traitors.
B) They openly state, without any evidence whatsoever to substantiate the claim, that Lew Rockwell, libertarian and anti-war groups are "totally in bed with the Islamofascists," which could prompt their nutcase followers into physical violence and perhaps even assassination attempts against anti-war and libertarian leaders as well as Ron Paul supporters.
C) If there are real terrorist groups in America, as we are constantly told, then Beck and Horowitz are diverting attention away from them by fingering peaceful protest and activist groups, leaving genuine terrorists under less scrutiny by law enforcement and the FBI.
Beck and Horowitz are the only ones doing harm to America - they are anti-American traitors.
- Use this form to contact CNN and demand that Glenn Beck issue a retraction and an apology for his wrongful and damaging characterization in linking Ron Paul supporters with terrorists.
- Spread this article to the four corners of the Internet and let anti-American trash like Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly and their followers know that we will not be intimidated into silencing our support for Ron Paul. Every time they pull one of these stunts, re-double your activism.
- Boycott CNN's sponsors until they issue a retraction and an apology.

Bill O’ Liar and FIXED News has topped even themselves this time folks. If there had been any doubt in the past that O’ Liar hated America, hated the troops and hated facts, then doubt no more my dear friends. He DOES hate America! He DOES hate troops! He DOES hate facts!
In what seemed like an impossible task, yes my friends, Bill O’ Liar has achieved it…out-lying and under-researching HIMSELF! On Monday’s telecast of the comedy The O’ Reilly Factor, Billo went on a tirade about billionaire and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban , who has financed the upcoming Brian DePalma film, "Redacted", a film about the Mahmudiyah killings, the rape, murder, and burning of Abeer Qasim Hamza al-Janabi, a 14-year-old Iraqi girl in March 2006 by U.S. soldiers who also killed her parents and younger sister.
Typical of O’Liar is his constant protest of films he has NEVER SEEN, and without ever seeing them launches an entire campaign to get them banned or boycotted. Billo of course does not stop at just protesting. He has also called for Mark Cuban to be jailed. Billo begins his segment (below) with a straight-out lie saying "even though things are getting BETTER in Iraq…". I guess only a troop-hater that loves seeing troops DIE would say things are getting BETTER since 2007 has been the deadliest year of the war so far. Then O’ Liar says, "some Americans are putting us all in danger because they hate Bush so much". Yet he fails to provide any examples of how any Americans are being put in danger. Who has put America in danger more than George Bush??
Then O’ Liar says the film "Redacted" will incite anti-American hatred throughout the world, but Mark Cuban doesn’t seem to care. Again, O ‘Liar gives NO examples of how this will incite anti-American hatred and naturally fails to mention how America could be hated any more than it already IS by most of the world for it’s failed foreign policies. Who cares about pesky FACTS when you have News Corporation??
Billo then says "I will never sit through a movie that shows American troops raping and murdering a 14 year old girl". So, Billo, are you denying it happened? Or are you saying you just want to block out American atrocities? He’s ok with the actual raping, murdering and burning of the 14 year old girl and her family but if he watches it-----OUTRAGEOUS! And to Billo, you are anti-American if you even SHOW it---even if it ACTUALLY happened!
Then Billo has the nerve to say (to Cuban), "While you are ‘dancing with the stars’ sir, hundreds and thousands of brave military people are risking their lives so you can do the mambo without fear of some terrorist blowing you the hell up". First of all, it’s laugh-out-loud funny that anyone inside of a taping of a TV show would be fearful of a terrorist blowing it up. Second, O’ Liar would have a valid point if this war was about terror. But since sane human beings know the TRUTH, that this war is ONLY about American imperialism and occupation of the middle east so we can control the oil, we can sit back in our chairs and laugh our heads off at O’ Liar’s continual ignorance.
Here’s the REAL hilarious part: Now O’ Liar is asking Dallas Mavericks ticket holders to come to Dallas Maverick games and hold up signs that say "Support The Troops" so "Cuban can get the message". So, O’ Liar, are you saying that Mark Cuban doesn’t support the troops? Hmmmm. Now I’m confused Billo. If Cuban hates the troops, then why did he create the Fallen Patriot Fund in 2003? That sure doesn’t sound like something a troop-hater would do. This was also 4 years ago he began this----WAY before your "Mark Cuban is a troop-hater" tirade! Read the story about the Fallen Patriot Fund:
I’m still confused Billo. If Cuban hates the troops, then why did he give his blessing to a program called "Seats for Soldiers" in 2004? I don’t think a troop-hater would do this either Billo. Read the story on this: http://www.sportsline.com/nba/story/8009070
Also Billo, if Mark Cuban hates troops, why would he be involved with the Texas National Guard to have "Greenout night" at the game this coming Thursday against San Antonio? (this was scheduled BEFORE the O’ Reilly protest of the movie)
Read about "Greenout night":
The Texas National Guard will be handing out green shirts that all fans are asked to wear during the game in support of the troops. The shirts also sport the 1-800 # to the National Guard as a recruitment effort. Here are the shirts they will wear:
A troop-hater would do all these things? Seems to me Billo that it’s actually YOU that hates the troops so much, you try to ridicule and smear a REAL troop supporter! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR TROOPS BILLO???????? Send them copies of your STUPID book??? They don’t need or even WANT books. They want SUPPORT. They want to be appreciated! They want to COME HOME! This movie will not make other countries more angry at America than they ALREADY are! This movie will not be used as propaganda. If anything, it will serve as a LOUD, RESOUNDING message to all these fucking Neo-con ASSHOLES who started this ILLEGAL, IMMORAL, UNAUTHORIZED and UNCONSTITUTIONAL war that this fucking war needs to END!!!!! ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Watch Olbermann’s EXCELLENT story on this:
Cuban emailed Olbermann and invited O' Reilly to a discussion about the film "Redacted". I'm sure Billo will turn this invitation down, even though Billo crucifies ANYONE who turns down an invite on HIS show!!!

Sean Hannity meets CHANGE in Long Island, NY and is EXPOSED for the warmongering, propagandist, asshole he is!
November 12, 2007
Sean Hannity is a nationally syndicated radio and television personality who works for the FOX News Network.
Recently, Rupert Murdoch, owner of FOX News, as well as a score of other mainstream media outlets, has been reported on in the mainstream presses as one of Hillary Clinton's largest campaign contributors for the 2008 presidential race...
Hannity goes on the air every day and proceeds to attack Clinton, as well as the seemingly fictional entity he always refers to as "liberals"... meanwhile, the guy who signs his check is literally funding Hillary.
See for yourself the MAINSTREAM news on this!
Sean Hannity is a yellow journalist and a propagandist and his job essentially is to mislead and confuse well-meaning conservatives about the truly important issues facing our nation, and also to reinforce the Left/Right paradigm, which serves to keep Americans blind to or divided about the tyranny that is quickly enveloping our country.
My brother and I confronted him about this fact, as well as some other very pertinent items of truth, at a bookstore in Long Island on 11/10/07.
Demand the truth now America!
SEAN HANNITY IS A CONSTITUTION-HATING, WARMONGERING, PROPAGANDIST, HYPOCRITICAL, NEO-CON TURD
CBN political producer
November 8, 2007
The following is the interview that CBN’s Robin Mazyck conducted with Presidential Candidate Mike Huckabee. Real Truth analyzes it and inserts little things…like FACTS and other things to ponder.
Inserted commentary by Larry Simons (in purple)
The Brody File has crews everywhere. I’m back in Washington DC after being in Iowa for a few days. But CBN political producer Robin Mazyck, who travels with me everywhere on the road, is still out there and tonight she sends in parts of her one on one interview with Mike Huckabee. She sat down with him in Cedar Rapids. Below are some interesting quotes. He’s taking aim at Romney for sure (you need to read between the lines) and he also addresses this idea that some evangelical leaders don’t see him as very strong when it comes to the war on terror. Finally, he talks about how a Huckabee nomination could just indeed be supernatural!
Is he talking about Romney here?
“People want to know not only do I agree with them, they want to know that I agree with myself -- that the positions that I take are truly the one that I believe and they’re not just something that I sort of cooked up in order to run for president. And so they can look back, whether it’s two or five or 10 or 20 years and say he was pro-life then. He believed in the second amendment then. He was for lower taxes then, this is a guy who believed in traditional marriage then. This is not a guy who suddenly determined what he’s all about. And authenticity and consistency are qualities that voters, I think are looking for more than anything else this year.”
On his Fundraising:
Robin: You talked about about a surge in the polls… you’ve been able to do that without raising any money. When are you going to raise that Ron Paul cash??
Huckabee: I don’t know if we’ll raise that much in 24 hours, (you won’t, trust me, you won’t) but our contributions have surged in the last few weeks. We had to upgrade our web server three times in less than a week just to handle the traffic as people were contributing. We raised more money in a six day period than we had raised in the first three months. So it’s beginning to catch on. We are really just astounded. We hired extra people just to answer the phones and open the mail. So it’s just unbelievable to us how suddenly people are saying, you know what? This guy could actually win. Before that, a lot of people thought – we like him, like his message agree that he’s got the right positions on the issues, but we’re not sure if we’re going to support him because we don’t know if he can win. (These must be some of the 25% of the country that wants us in Iraq, since Huckabee wants us to stay in and also invade Iran!) Now they’re saying he could win and the contributions are flowing and we’re on our way.
His message to people of faith:
"For people of faith, the easiest thing to understand is when God is in it, little is much. We’re the people who believe that a little boy with two small fish and five small biscuits fed 5,000 people. (A little boy? Hmmm, I thought Jesus was a GROWN MAN when he did this! His ministry started at age 30 and ended at age 33 when he died. Did he turn back into a little boy somewhere in those 3 years?) You know, we’re the people that believed that when David tried on the king’s armor it just didn’t fit right, but when he took five smooth stones he was able to bring down the giant. We’re the people who believe that even when Elijah wet the wood down at the alter three different times with water, against 850 prophets at Baal. He still was able to call the fire down from Heaven and consume the sacrifice. For Christian people to believe that it’s not so much about the money, it’s about the anointing of the message – that’s not hard. The hard thing is to think that Christians would ever doubt that. That Christians would ever have any other criteria – that believers would call themselves believers and say they accept the supernatural and except the extraordinary, and then say when it comes to politics it’s just strictly old conventional politics and business as usual. Not for me." (You’re also the people who voted for a lunatic president in 2004 to continue this war where soldiers are dying every day based on issues that have NOTHING to do with terrorism; gay marriage and abortion. Two issues that Bush has not addressed ONCE since beginning his second term! Oh and Huckabee, weren’t you the one who also said during the last debate that MOST of the founding fathers were clergymen when the FACT is only ONE was? And if you even want to include FORMER clergymen, that total would have been FOUR, which was still not even close to “MOST”)
On Immigration and soft on terror criticisms:
"People look at my record and say that I’m as strong on immigration, strong on terror as anybody. In fact I think I’m stronger than most people because I truly understand the nature of the war that we are in with Islamo fascism. (You mean the same Islamo fascism that doesn’t exist?) These are people that want to kill us. It’s a theocratic war. And I don’t know if anybody fully understands that. I’m the only guy on that stage with a theology degree. I think I understand it really well. (In the 1970’s when you attended Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, how many classes did you take on Islamo fascism? I’m going to guess ZERO. How accurate am I?) And know the threat of it is absolutely overwhelming to us. (You mean because of all those Islamo fascists who invaded our country to attack us on 9-11? Oh wait, they were ALREADY in the country, weren’t they?) As a president, nobody’s going to be stronger on building border security, not having amnesty, no sanctuary cities, having a process in place that forces a process that is legal. When it comes to national security, I understand that the threat that we face is not about our grandchildren having better homes and better cars, it’s about whether they’re going to have a breath and a pulse." (Because they won’t have better homes and cars. They will still be paying for the Iraq war, that YOU support Mr. “turn the other cheek”. And of course, why not trump up the fear and mention that our grandchildren might be killed by the imaginary “Islamo fascists”? It’s just like the Christians to make fear the big seller for their campaign. That’s what they do on a regular basis, trump up fear. They say if you don’t follow Jesus, you will go to hell and burn forever. Since nobody wants to burn, especially FOREVER, then we better trust and obey, shouldn’t we??)
The Huckabee campaign: Fear, invading countries that did NOTHING to us and being wrong on BASIC facts.
God must be a Neo-con!

Fake Christian conservative Pat Robertson has hit the headlines again by throwing his hat in with Rudy Giuliani, a man who supports the continued war in Iraq, supports the preemptive bombing of Iran, is pro-abortion and is an adulterer who has been married on three different occasions.
Also noteworthy is that fact that Giuliani is supportive of gay rights, an issue, along with abortion, that Robertson has for years made the crux of his programming.
Regardless of where you stand on these issues, for Robertson to turn around and say they no longer matter, and what is more important is the battle against "Islamofascism", highlights just how much of a total and complete hypocrite the man is and how he has long been willing to be used as a political tool for the neoconservative movement.
Jerry Mazza over at Online Journal, has an excellent critique which gives further insight into the use of evangelism for political gain. Describing Robertson's Dominionist movement, he comments:
Robertson's past comments also underscore the fact that nobody other than Robertson himself has done more to desert so-called Christian principles.
No matter how idiotic, Robertson has a right to say whatever he likes under the 1st Amendment. This isn't a 'hate speech' issue. The issue is that Robertson is a complete hypocrite and he is aiding the downfall of Christianity in America by defaming every major tenet of the Bible.
In April 2001 Robertson supported China's brutal policy of forced abortion and said that the Communist country was "doing what they have to do" in keeping population numbers down. It is not Christian to advocate even voluntary abortion on the part of the mother, never mind such a tyrannical model of forced abortion as part of a wider eugenics agenda as is the case in China.
Whenever the subject of implantable chips has been raised on the 700 Club, Robertson has whitewashed the issue, saying that it doesn't represent the mark of the beast and that Christians should not be concerned about it. This directly contradicts the Bible and Revelation.
Last year Robertson caused waves when he advocated the assassination of Venezuelan populist president Hugo Chavez. In doing so Robertson is nailing his colors to the wall as a firm minion of the New World Order. Chavez has rallied against the Globalists at every turn, including his recent spat with Vincente Fox and his rejection of the FTAA.
Satanic church founder Anton LaVey (right) sporting El Diablo hand signal
Robertson is pro Skull and Bones, Bohemian Grove Bush, pro war, and pro big government. He is a modern day Judas Iscariot. How does this help an image of Christianity that has already been hijacked and soiled by evil men who veil themselves in religion to obscure mass criminality?
Atheists channel surfing reach the God Channel, CBN and Trinity Broadcasting Network and are confronted by maniacal drooling televangelists who bark like dogs and claim to have the power to save someone's life by touching them on the head. They see the ravings of these demented lunatics and immediately say to themselves, "if that's God I want nothing to do with it."
If we do a little channel surfing ourselves we come to Pastor John Hagee, the founder of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, a non-denominational evangelical church with more than 19,000 active members, making him one of the nation's most influential evangelists.
No surprise then that Hagee is also doing his best to undermine the tenets of Christianity and push the neocon agenda.
In his latest book, entitled In defense of Israel ,he promises to "expose the vicious abuse of the Jewish people" and "shake Christian theology", he does this by denying the very cornerstone of Christianity itself, that Jesus was the messiah, was rejected and will come again. "how can the Jews be blamed for rejecting what was never offered?" Hagee states in the following infomercial:
Hagee preaches that Romans 9, 10 and 11 teach that Jews continue to have favor with God by the election of grace without necessarily believing in Jesus. Hagee believes that the Bible commands Christians to be supportive of Israel and the Jewish people.
In the face of commonly accepted teachings, he often makes the claim that the land of Israel has never belonged to the Palestinian people. He claims that the land was first called Palestine by the Romans, that there is no Palestinian language and that most Palestinians immigrated from Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, and other Arab nations shortly before 1948.
Where does all this lead? Of course, much like Robertson, Hagee has publicly stated that he sees Iran as a threat to Western civilization and does not believe that the "Islamofascist" mentality will ever respond favorably to diplomacy. He supports an American-Israeli pre-emptive strike on Iran to take out its nuclear capability.
Hagee has received numerous honors and accolades from national Jewish organizations for his support of Israel.
Robertson and Hagee are not alone of course, there are thousands of different sects nitpicking about whose bizarre interpretations of Biblical minutia is correct while ignoring the crystal clear fundamental basics of how to successfully live your life using the example of Jesus Christ.
Meanwhile the clash of civilizations is being deliberately engendered, via the fabricated war on terror, so the elite can swoop in and pick up the pieces after civil society and the economy go down in flames.
Pat Robertson, John Hagee and their ilk are willing servants of the globalists. Their controversial comments only serve to enhance the agenda of bringing true Christianity to its knees and forcibly replacing it with a Godless one world government where the only allegiance permitted is to the state itself.
When scumbags unite
by Larry Simons
The levels of hypocrisy to gain political power do not get any higher or more corrupt than this ladies and gentlemen. The union of crazed, sycophant Pat Robertson and the ever-corrupt, lying, boot-licking fraud Rudy Giuliani is just the most recent in the long list of right-wing openly admitted displays of hypocrisy and soul-selling to get more power, attention, press or whatever else motivates these two globalist scumbags.
I, for one, am not surprised. This is what hypocritical scumbags do: They are hypocrites and they are scum. So, actually, the endorsement makes perfect sense. But just for fun, let me give you a visual at just how sinister and mind-numbingly hypocritical this is.
For years and years, Pat Robertson has not made secret the fact that he despises things like abortion, homosexuals and more recently, terror. Although there is a plethora of issues that I could give you links, quotes, video clips or photos of that Robertson despises (all in the name of the Lord, of course), for the sake of time, and the fact that your attention span will not permit you to read an article six feet long, I will focus only on the aforementioned three issues.
On the June 8, 1998 telecast of the 700 Club, Robertson warned that acceptance of homosexuality could result in hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, terrorist bombs and "possibly a meteor."
Read the article:
Robertson also said stated that the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks were caused by "pagans, abortionists, feminists, gays, lesbians, the American Civil Liberties Union and the People For the American Way."
While discussing the Mark Foley scandal on the October 5, 2006 broadcast of his show, Robertson condemned Foley saying he "does what gay people do".
Robertson clearly hates homosexuals, as seen in this clip from Larry King Live where he is overheard during a commercial break labeling callers as “homos”
and this clip:
The sheer hypocrisy here is that Giuliani is very pro-gay. And being gay is not even enough for Rudy Giuliani. Either is just being friends with him. You can also be a pedophile. Apparently, that not only gets you friendship with Giuliani, but also a job. Monsignor Alan Placa is a childhood friend of Giuliani (and known pedophile) and also an employee with Giuliani partners, a management consulting and security consulting business founded in 2002 by Giuliani.
Eric Boehlert, of Media Matters of America said that “In 1998, Giuliani codified local law by granting all city employees equal benefits for their domestic partners. Giuliani also had gays and lesbians serve openly in his administration, and when he divorced from his wife in 2000, he moved temporarily into the apartment of a wealthy gay couple.”
Here is a clip of Giuliani saying that he would march in a gay parade:
In 2003, Roberston did an interview with Joel Mowbray, who wrote a book criticizing the State Department, in which Robertson made the comment, “If I could just get a nuclear device inside Foggy Bottom (where the State Department is located), I think that's the answer”.
Read the article:
During a September 13, 2001, appearance on The 700 Club, Falwell reportedly said of the 9-11 attacks: "I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the A.C.L.U., People for the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America, I point the finger in their face and say, 'You helped this happen.' '' Robertson, as reported by The New York Times, replied: ''Well, I totally concur, and the problem is we have adopted that agenda at the highest levels of our government.'' Robertson later called Falwell's comments "[t]otally inappropriate."
According to CNN, later on that September 13, 2001, program, Robertson offered the following prayer: "We have sinned against Almighty God, at the highest level of our government, we've stuck our finger in your eye ... The Supreme Court has insulted you over and over again, Lord. They've taken your Bible away from the schools. They've forbidden little children to pray. They've taken the knowledge of God as best they can, and organizations have come into court to take the knowledge of God out of the public square of America."
On the August 22, 2005, 700 Club, Robertson called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, saying: "You know, I don't know about this doctrine of assassination, but if he thinks we're trying to assassinate him, I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it. ... We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability. We don't need another $200 billion war to get rid of one, you know, strong-arm dictator. It's a whole lot easier to have some of the covert operatives do the job and then get it over with." Robertson later claimed, falsely, that he "didn't say 'assassinate,' " and then apologized, claiming he "spoke in frustration."
As Robertson gave his endorsement to Giuliani the other day, why wasn’t Giuliani saying, “hey, what about when you wanted to nuke the State Department?”, “what about when you blamed the United States government for 9-11?” (funny, when Ron Paul says that the United States foreign policies and bombing Iraq for 10 years caused that hatred toward the U.S., Giuliani immediately rebuked Paul and asked him to apologize, although the 9-11 Commission Report mentioned this, as well as the CIA even admitting that blowback was a major cause of 9-11) But when it comes to getting endorsed by a deranged lunatic like Robertson because it could mean votes, then Giuliani has no problems with someone blaming the U.S. government for 9-11.
Here’s a clip from Bill Maher in which Maher and actor Richard Belzer brilliantly point out how amazing it is that people look to Giuliani as this grand protector from terror when it was on HIS watch and a REPUBLICAN President’s watch when 9-11 occurred:
From his own website, Robertson said this, “In my opinion, abortion is murder. Once you begin to understand that the taking of an innocent life is murder, then that raises the bar from a 'constitutional right' to something that needs to be stopped. Abortion is murder. Now, beyond that we're looking at euthanasia. We want to begin to terminate the lives of the elderly or those who are 'terminally ill.' We have moved from a culture honoring life to a culture that begins to exalt death.”
Here is Giuliani endorsing Federal funding for abortion for poor women
Before you say, "yes, but it's abortions ONLY for poor women", keep in mind that Christians are against abortion PERIOD. Some Christians will favor abortion ONLY in cases where childbirth threatens the life of the mother, but even in those cases they are STILL against abortion, they are simply choosing whose life should be saved.
Here is Giuliani on Hannity & Colmes admitting that although he “hates abortion” that he believes in the woman’s right to choose. This makes him PRO-choice…….in other words PRO-ABORTION
Both of these scumbags are selling out their own stances on issues in order to endorse and be endorsed. Either both of these assholes are suffering from the worst brain damage one can suffer, or something very sinister is present here (or both). Robertson has continually threatened individual people, organizations and entire cities with God’s divine retribution on those entities who ignore the Bible and who do not agree with his political stances. Now Robertson stands beside and endorses someone who (at least on these 3 major issues) who completely disagrees with him. Where are the threats now?
Here is Robertson endorsing a man who committed adultery and has been married 3 times, supports attacking Iran as soon as possible, who has continually lied about his Mayoral record, ignored getting better radios for firefighters between 1994-2001, thus responsible for the deaths of 343 firefighters which has caused the entire firefighters union to hate him, scooped and dumped body parts from Ground Zero into NJ landfills and some additional remains have been used to fill potholes in NYC and has done nothing for the 9-11 first responders.
On the other hand, Robertson does not endorse other candidates who are men of faith like Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee. Huckabee, although some of his views are the same as Giuliani’s, is a minister. Ron Paul, on the other hand, would be a shoe-in for highest endorsed among Christian leaders. He wants the war over. He wants us to talk and trade with other countries and not attack them pre-emptively. He has been married to one woman for 50 years. He is anti-abortion and has delivered over 4,000 babies himself. He is a strict upholder of the Constitution and is against any law that violates the civil liberties of Americans. He is against RFID chips and National ID cards which, among many who believe in the Bible, could very well be interpreted as the "mark" many will receive mentioned in the Book of Revelation.
I am actually happy that Robertson does not endorse Ron Paul. Given the despicable statements Robertson has made over the years and the fact that he obviously has ZERO understanding of what the Constitution says, it would only hurt Ron Paul’s campaign. The fact that Robertson distances himself from Ron Paul couldn't make me happier than if I was Osama bin Laden in a room full of Neo-cons. Plus, Robertson believes in “Islamofascism” and believes Giuliani will save us from this or any other type of terroristic ideology (look how well he protected NYC on 9-11!). Islamofascism, of course doesn't exist, it is a term created by the Neo-cons to get people to stop thinking about Bin Laden.
Bin Laden is too specifically linked to 9-11, and of course, the Bush administration can’t have Americans thinking about the supposed mastermind of 9-11 now can he? So, the Neo-cons added Islamofascism to the “List of reasons to forget about Bin Laden”, along with WMD’s, liberating Iraqis and Iran.
But it doesn’t matter. Little things like facts have never mattered to people like Robertson and his ilk. He’s in the business of deceiving people. He’s a televangelist. Corruption, greed and deception are already in his job description. Hey, wait a minute. Robertson and Giulaini are a perfect match after all!

Fresh from the rip-roaring success of a campaign that saw Presidential candidate Ron Paul break records for the amount of pre-primary donations collected in one day, the momentum continues with a plan for a "sign bomb" and another fundraising drive scheduled for December 15th and 16th.
The creator of the November 5th fundraising drive Trevor Lyman appeared on The Alex Jones Show today to discuss the astounding impact of his project and plans for a new effort to raise $10 million over the course of one weekend next month.
After confering live on air with Jones, Lyman agreed that a new fundraising assault should be launched to coincide with simultaneous Ron Paul rallies across the country.
The weekend of December 15th and 16th marks Bill of Rights Day and the Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party and these are the dates that we are encouraging people to double their efforts in order to save the Republic and catapult Ron Paul, the only Constitutional candidate and America's last hope, into the White House.
On that weekend, a drive to raise $10 million dollars will go into high gear along with a "sign bomb," a coordinated effort to blanket America and the media with Ron Paul signs.
This will be the biggest attempt yet to break John Kerry's record of $5.7 million in donations for a single day, which occurred after the primaries and during the presidential race proper.
We are calling upon all Americans who love liberty and want to see respect and dignity restored to the office of the President to join us in this crusade to raise $10 million dollars for the Ron Paul campaign over the weekend of December 15-16th.
Please join the grass-roots Ron Paul Revolution and get behind this juggernaut effort to smash the record books and force the establishment to acknowledge the Texas Congressman as a powerful frontrunner for the Republican candidacy and America's only chance of defeating the elite's pro-war pick, Hillary Clinton, in the 2008 presidential election.
Now is the time to make history and restore the true American virtues that our Founding Fathers fought and died for, by rallying behind the December 15-16th fundraising campaign and making the establishment run scared of the tumultuous popular support for the principles embodied in the stance of Congressman Ron Paul.

Ron Paul's presidential campaign received a whopping $4.2 million in donations over 24 hours yesterday, eclipsing any of the other Republican candidates and putting debunkers to shame who had attempted to discredit the campaign by suggesting Paul's support was imaginary, inflated and exaggerated as a result of Internet spamming.
Here's some news for the scoffers and the establishment talking heads who have engaged in a propaganda assault to try and hoodwink Americans into thinking Paul is not a frontrunner - $4.2 million doesn't grow on trees and it isn't plucked out of cyberspace without real people being behind it.
The Texas Congressman has now raised over $7 million since October 1st, putting him well on track to achieve a goal of $12 million by the end of the year.
"Paul's total deposed Mitt Romney as the single-day fundraising record holder in the Republican presidential field," reports the Associated Press. "When it comes to sums amassed in one day, Paul now ranks only behind Democrats Hillary Rodham Clinton, who raised nearly $6.2 million on June 30, and Barack Obama."
Paul’s campaign raised over 5 million in the third quarter and had over 5 million cash on hand at the start of this quarter, figures that initially baffled those in the mainstream media who completely underestimated the reach and power Ron Paul's campaign of freedom and limited government had, before engaging in a deliberate smear policy in order to dismiss his chances.
The liars who claimed that Ron Paul's success was a result of "spambots", as was inferred by a recent article, or that his entire support base was a complete hoax, as was ludicrously announced by a Murdoch owned newspaper, are looking very stupid today as debunkers are forced to eat their words and accept the fact that Ron Paul's popularity is wildly accelerating.
The "spambots" claim took another battering today as it was confirmed that the source of the emails was not Ron Paul's office, and was most likely a deliberate attempt to discredit his campaign on behalf of a rival, according to PC World experts who analyzed the e mails.
The concept for the November 5th "money bomb" which was responsible for the surge in donations yesterday originates from the movie V For Vendetta, the 2005 cult dystopian hit which grasped the imaginations of many with its extreme relevance to modern day politics in America. It was organized in large part through a specially constructed website at http://www.thisnovember5th.com/
Another donation day is scheduled for Veterans Day, this Sunday, November 11.
The meteoric success of Ron Paul's campaign thus far is also reflected in figures we highlighted this weekend, revealing the websites of all the other presidential candidates to be flat and floundering, attracting no new visitors whatsoever. In contrast www.ronpaul2008.com has seen an 80+% rise in hits over the past three months.

The story of Guy Fawkes; Real Truth turns 2
November 5, 2007
The seeds of discontent at the treatment of Catholics in England, which ultimately led to the failed Gunpowder Plot of 1605, were first sown in the late 1520s during the reign of Henry VIII. Henry had been declared Defender of the Faith by the pope and had written tracts against Protestantism. However, dissatisfied with the Pope's refusal to grant him a divorce from his first wife Catherine of Aragon, Henry broke away from the See of Rome, extinguished all papal power in England, and executed his investiture as the head of the Church of England. This was followed by the methodical Dissolution of the Monasteries, under the supervision of Thomas Cromwell, which aided the English war chest and was instrumental in eroding the English power of the Catholic Church. Henry's Church of England was initially not Protestant, but remained closer to his traditional belief of Catholicism.
In the turbulent years that followed Henry’s death, England swayed back and forth on a theological pendulum. Henry's successor, his son Edward VI, steered the Anglican Church down the path of Protestantism, whereas his sister "Bloody" Mary I attempted to violently restore England to Catholicism through severe Protestant persecution, until Elizabeth I ascended the throne in 1558, when the tide was again reversed.
Fearful of a now encroaching Catholic Europe, Elizabeth embarked upon a systematic course of repression and persecution of Catholics within her own country, in an attempt to ensure that there was no discontented populace which could assist a foreign invasion, or which could be seen as a beacon if a foreign invasion occurred. When the Spanish Armada was defeated in 1588, Elizabeth had all but extinguished the hopes for an end to persecution of those Catholics in England who saw Spain as their great ally. The previous year she had had her rival, the deposed and imprisoned Mary Queen of Scots, executed in order to prevent underground Catholic cells rallying to Mary’s cause and attempting to depose Elizabeth. Such activities as this had been only too evident in the Babington Plot of 1586 which uncovered Mary's coveting of the English crown and which was subsequently a main reason for her eventual execution. Mary's claim to the English throne came through her grandmother Margaret Tudor, Henry VIII's eldest sister, who had married James IV of Scotland.
When Elizabeth succeeded to the throne, there was disagreement about her right to follow Mary I. Elizabeth's mother Anne Boleyn, was according to some, not legally married, because Henry's divorce from Catherine of Aragon was not legal as it would not be ratified by the Pope (the reason Henry broke away from the Catholic Church). So, upon Anne Boleyn's execution for treason, Elizabeth was separately declared a bastard, then removed from the succession by an act of the Privy Council. However, Henry placed her back in the succession, but never legitimized her.
Towards the end of Elizabeth's reign, the Catholic strongholds in the north of England, who had been instrumental in the Pilgrimage of Grace in 1536/37 and the Norfolk and Northern Uprising of 1569, began sending envoys to both Phillip II of Spain and James VI of Scotland (the son of Mary Queen of Scots). It had become illegal to talk of the succession, yet James was commonly seen as Elizabeth's heir by both Protestants and Catholics, by virtue of closeness of blood to Henry VIII.
The Essex Rebellion of 1601 brought the names of many of those who were at the forefront of the Catholic cause to the attention of the Government, including that of Robert Catesby, who was later to become the leader of the Gunpowder Plot. The Catholics, relieved at the prospect that the son of a Catholic monarch had seemingly been guranteed the throne after Elizabeth's death, had acquired from James the promise of toleration in the event that he did succeed Elizabeth. However, their embassies to Spain, dubbed the Spanish Treason, had been met with a lukewarm response by the Spanish Government, and in fact England and Spain signed a peace treaty soon after the last of these embassies had returned home.
When James eventually succeeded Elizabeth in 1603 as James I, there was initial celebration by the Catholic leaders, who under Elizabeth had been persecuted to such an extreme that any sign of Catholic sympathy risked the severest of penalties, including death. James, however, was not to be their saviour. No sooner had the Hampton Court Conference ended -- with no compromise being given to either the Puritan faction or the Catholics -- than James re-introduced the harsh penalties for recusancy.
Within a few weeks of this, the five core members of the Gunpowder Plot -- Robert Catesby, Thomas Percy, Thomas Wintour, John Wright and Guy Fawkes -- met together and swore an oath on the Holy Sacrament to blow up James and the Houses of Parliament when next the Parliament sat. Catesby was the charismatic son of Sir William Catesby, a prominent leader in the Catholic community who had been tried and imprisoned in 1581 for harbouring Father Edmund Campion, the English Superior of the Jesuits. Thomas Percy was descended from the Earls of Northumberland, who had come to prominence in earlier Catholic uprisings involving Mary Queen of Scots, and now worked for his kinsman Henry Percy, the 9th Earl of Northumberland. Wintour and Wright, also members of the gentry, had both experienced first-hand the severity of the anti-Catholic government. Fawkes was a soldier who had spent more than ten years fighting in the Low Countries under the flag of Spain in the regiment of English exiles led by Sir William Stanley, himself a self-imposed Catholic exile.
The conspirators first hired lodgings which were close to Parliament House, and began digging a tunnel that they hoped would take them under their target. Some modern theorists claim that authenticity of the tunnel story is dubious, and its brief mention in the plotters’ confessions never confirms its existence one way or the other. Popular belief, though, indicated that the tunnel soon became unusable due to water seeping in from the Thames, or that the thick walls of the Parliament buildings prevented further advancement, so a cellar was soon acquired by Thomas Percy within the Parliament buildings. In this cellar the conspirators placed 36 barrels of gunpowder which were carefully hidden by billets of wood and pieces of iron.
The exercise was becoming costly and more hands were required, so Catesby drew more accomplices into the inner circle of the plot, including his servant Thomas Bates, John Wright's brother Christopher Wright, and Thomas Wintour's brother Robert Wintour. In the ensuing months, Parliament's sitting was continually delayed, allowing Fawkes to return to Flanders to get more powder to replace the powder which had begun to spoil, and Catesby to organise further support (and, some claim, to meet with Jesuit priests, including leaders of the order such as Father Henry Garnet and Father John Gerard. John Grant, Sir Everard Digby, Robert Keyes, Ambrose Rookwood, and Catesby's cousin Francis Tresham were subsequently brought into the plot. Tresham was the son of Sir Thomas Tresham, one of the leading Catholics of the later Elizabethan period, and one who had suffered greatly for his faith at the hands of the government. Grant was the brother-in-law of Robert and Thomas Wintour, and Digby, Keyes and Rookwood were also disaffected members of Midland Catholic families. All but Fawkes and Bates were related either by blood or marriage.
On the 26th of October 1605, ten days before Parliament was due to sit, an unknown messenger delivered a letter to William Parker, Lord Monteagle at his house in Hoxton, outside London. Monteagle had been a staunch Catholic whose ardour had cooled after he had obtained favour under the new regime. The "Monteagle Letter" was an attempt to warn Monteagle not to attend the opening of Parliament because of a great calamity that would consume it. Monteagle at once delivered the letter to Robert Cecil, James’ Secretary of State. Within hours, word was received by the conspirators that the letter existed. Catesby and Thomas Wintour immediately suspected that Tresham had written the letter, although Tresham convinced them that he had not been the author.
Over the next few days, the conspirators played a waiting game. Through their own efforts, and through information that found its way to them, they concluded that the letter had not alerted the government to their plans, and they continued with their actions. On the night of the 4th of November 1605, the day before Parliament was scheduled to open, Fawkes was caught in the cellar beneath the Parliament buildings with the powder. On his person were found the tools necessary to fire the powder train. He was immediately arrested and brought before the king. Over the next few days, Fawkes was tortured, until gradually he began to reveal details of the plot. At first he maintained the facade of John Johnson, servant to Thomas Percy, but in time he revealed his true identity and the names of his fellow conspirators.
In the early hours of 5 November 1605, news spread of Fawkes’ capture. The remaining plotters saddled their horses and left London for the midlands in twos and threes, except for Tresham who had decided to remain in London. The conspirators arrived in Dunchurch in Warwickshire and rendezvoused with a group of followers who had been gathered by Digby ostensibly as a hunting party. This group -- which numbered about 60, although this figure varied depending on the source consulted -- arrived at Holbeche House on the Staffordshire border in the evening hours of the 7th of November. Holbeche was owned by the recusant Littleton family who had been involved in many of the Catholic uprisings, as well as the Essex Rebellion, and it was to be the last stand of the Gunpowder Plot conspirators.
That evening, several of the plotters were injured by an accidental explosion which occurred while they were drying powder in front of an open fire. This accident lowered their morale even further. Between this evening and morning of the following day, several members of the group fled, while others still tried valiantly to rally support from the surrounding area. Just before midday on the 8th of November, the Sheriff of Worcester arrived with a posse of men and surrounded the house. After several attempts to have the conspirators surrender, a skirmish developed. Catesby, the two Wrights and Thomas Percy were all fatally wounded. The remaining known conspirators were apprehended (except Robert Wintour and Stephen Littleton who had fled), imprisoned in Worcester jail, and then transported to London to await trial. Four days after the siege at Holbeche, Francis Tresham was arrested in London and sent to the Tower of London. After spending two months on the run, Wintour and Littleton were eventually apprehended at Hagley House.
Thomas Wintour, the most senior of the plotters still alive, made his celebrated confession at the end of November. Conjecture exists today as to the authenticity of this confession, and it should be understood that the two primary sources from which most of the factscome down to us today come from this confession and the confession of Fawkes. By the 23rd of December, Francis Tresham had succumbed to a urinary tract infection and had died in the Tower. The mysterious circumstances surrounding this death still generate debate over Tresham's true role in the Gunpowder Plot, and whether he was in fact poisoned or whether he was allowed to escape.
The government now made extensive plans to track down the Jesuit priests, led by Henry Garnet, who they were still convinced were the masterminds behind the plot. Although all the plotters categorically denied any involvement by Garnet and his Jesuit colleagues, Robert Cecil was still trying to pin the blame on the Jesuits as justification for the Government’s severe anti-Catholic legislation.
Garnet was eventually captured at Hindlip, home of the recusant Thomas Habington, along with the Jesuit Edward Oldcorne and Nicholas Owen, a Jesuit lay-brother who was skilled in the building of "priest holes". The information on Garnet's whereabouts was supplied by Humphrey Littleton, who had been with the plotters on the 8th of November, and was now trying to buy himself a pardon. This attempt was ultimately to no avail, as Littleton was eventually executed for complicity in the Plot.
On the day of Garnet's capture, the 27th of January 1606, the trial of the eight surviving conspirators began. None denied the charge of treason, and all were condemned to be executed. On Thursday the 30th of January, Digby, Robert Wintour, John Grant and Thomas Bates were executed in St. Paul's Churchyard. The following day, Thomas Wintour, Ambrose Rookwood, Robert Keyes and Guy Fawkes were executed in the Old Palace Yard at Westminster. All eight men were hanged, drawn and quartered as was customary for traitors. Those who died at Holbeche were exhumed, and their heads removed to be displayed on pikes. Father Henry Garnet was executed on the 3rd of May 1606.
